Strip Sensor
The strip sensor is crucial for the PETALOT machine’s operation. It stops the machine when the plastic strip ends, preventing gear damage. It also acts as a switch: after converting and removing a filament, press the sensor to restart heating and motor rotation for the next strip. If no strip is detected within 5 minutes, the machine stops automatically. You can also stop it manually by removing the cover and strip, or by pressing the sensor for 5 seconds and releasing it to simulate strip end.
