- Items returned used, damaged, or incomplete

6. Failed Deliveries / Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned due to:
- Unpaid customs fees
- Incorrect address
- Failure to collect the package

- Deduct shipping and return costs from the refund
7. Damaged or Defective Items

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos as evidence
